My approach

Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and goal-oriented. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices to meet you where you are. Sessions are designed to help you build self-understanding, develop coping skills, and strengthen your relationships.
