I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, relationship stress, perinatal/postpartum mental health, and self-esteem. If you’re unsure whether your concern fits, feel free to reach out—if I’m not the best fit, I’ll offer referrals.
My work is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT-informed tools, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, and self-compassion practices. We’ll tailor the approach to your goals and pace.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients start weekly to build momentum, then shift to biweekly or maintenance as progress continues. We’ll decide together based on your needs and schedule.
Yes. Secure telehealth sessions are available for clients located in my licensed state. Many people appreciate the flexibility and privacy of virtual care.
You can request an appointment through the contact form or by phone. I’ll follow up with brief intake questions to make sure we’re a good fit and to find a time that works.
I am an out-of-network provider. Upon request, I can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Please check your benefits for out-of-network mental health coverage.
Rates are shared during the intake process and depend on session length. A limited number of sliding-scale slots may be available. HSA/FSA cards are typically accepted.
I require notice (e.g., 24–48 hours) to cancel or reschedule without a late fee. This helps keep time available for those on the waitlist. Details are provided in informed consent.
Yes. Your privacy matters. There are standard legal/ethical limits to confidentiality—such as risk of harm to self/others, abuse/neglect, or court order—which I review in informed consent before we begin.
With your written permission, I can collaborate with your psychiatrist, primary care provider, or school counselor to ensure cohesive care.
No, therapists do not prescribe. If medication might help, I can refer you to a psychiatric provider while we continue therapy as needed.
That’s okay. We can schedule a brief consult to talk about your goals, answer questions, and explore next steps—whether that’s working together or a referral.
If you’re in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest ER. For urgent mental health support in the U.S., dial/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Accessibility matters. Please share any needs (mobility, sensory, communication). I’ll do my best to accommodate and can provide telehealth options when preferred.
If you’re running late, I’ll hold the time for you; we’ll still end at the scheduled time. Missed sessions without notice may incur a fee per the cancellation policy.
Therapeutic fit is essential. In the first sessions we’ll clarify goals and preferences. If another therapist or specialty would serve you better, I’ll offer thoughtful referrals.
