Couples Therapy
Healthy relationships don’t just happen—they’re built. Couples therapy offers a supportive space for you and your partner to improve communication, repair trust, resolve recurring conflicts, and feel more connected. Together, we’ll focus on practical skills and deeper understanding so your relationship can thrive.
What to expect
We’ll start by understanding your story as a couple—your strengths, your stuck points, and what you want to change. From there, we’ll create a plan that blends tools you can use right away with deeper work to address patterns beneath the surface.
Balanced, collaborative care
Both partners are heard and supported—no taking sides, just making progress together.
Evidence-based methods
We may use approaches like EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), the Gottman Method, and CBT-informed strategies to strengthen connection and reduce conflict.
Skills you can use at home
Clear communication tools, repair steps after arguments, and ways to keep small issues from spiraling.
