Perinatal & Postpartum Support
Pregnancy and new parenthood can bring joy—and also worry, sadness, identity shifts, sleep deprivation, and relationship strain. You don’t have to navigate this alone. Therapy offers a warm, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, build coping tools, and feel more supported in the messy, beautiful realities of this season.
What to expect
We’ll start by understanding your experience—pregnancy, birth, postpartum, fertility journeys, losses, or NICU time—and your supports. Together we’ll create a plan focused on gentle, practical tools for mood, anxiety, sleep, and relationship changes, at a pace that fits your life.
Perinatal-informed care
Support for PMADs (postpartum depression/anxiety), birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, and identity shifts—always with safety, consent, and compassion.
Evidence-based tools
CBT and ACT for thought spirals and worry, mindfulness/self-compassion, gentle exposure for scary thoughts, and routines that support sleep and recovery.
Care for the whole family
Space to discuss partner dynamics, division of labor, attachment/bonding, feeding decisions, and realistic support plans.
