Trauma & PTSD Support
Surviving trauma can change how you feel in your body and how safe the world seems. Therapy offers a steady, compassionate space to process what happened at your pace, reduce the intensity of triggers, and rebuild a sense of safety, connection, and control.
What to expect
We begin with stabilization—grounding skills, emotion regulation, and nervous system support. When you’re ready, we’ll gently process memories and meanings. Throughout, your consent, pacing, and comfort guide the work.
Stabilization first
Grounding, boundary-setting, and body-based skills to increase safety and reduce overwhelm.
Evidence-based approaches
EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, parts-informed work, and mindfulness/somatic techniques as appropriate.
Choice & pace
We move gradually with full collaboration—nothing is pushed or rushed.
