Grief & Loss Counseling
Grief is love with nowhere to go. It can come in waves—sadness, anger, guilt, numbness—and it doesn’t follow a schedule. Therapy offers a steady, compassionate space to honor your loss, make sense of changing emotions, and find ways to carry what you’ve lost while continuing to live.
What to expect
We’ll move at your pace. Together we’ll explore your story, your relationship to the person or version of life you’re grieving, and the meanings you hold. You’ll learn grounding skills, gentle coping tools, and rituals of remembrance that support you through hard moments, milestones, and everyday life.
Compassionate presence
A nonjudgmental space to feel what you feel—there’s no “right way” to grieve here.
Meaning-making & connection
Support with continuing bonds, legacy work, and finding words or rituals that honor your relationship.
Care for body & nervous system
Grounding, breath, and routine supports for sleep, appetite, and energy during intense periods.
